Nature of the Service

BAM-LIVE (bam-live.com) is an index of publicly posted videos on X (Twitter), Bluesky, Instagram and TikTok. BAM-LIVE does not host, store, copy or redistribute any video file. The site displays metadata (thumbnail URL, original post URL, author, play count) obtained through public APIs, and when a visitor plays a video, the video is streamed directly from the originating platform’s servers to the visitor’s browser. Removing a post on the originating platform automatically removes it from BAM-LIVE at the next refresh.

Takedown Requests

If you are the copyright owner (or authorized agent) of a video listed on BAM-LIVE and wish it to be removed from our listing, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line [DMCA] containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. The BAM-LIVE listing concerned — the original post URL shown under “원문 보기” in the player is sufficient.
  3. Your contact information (name, e-mail, and where applicable, the platform account that posted the work).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Processing

Valid notices are processed within 24 hours. The listing is removed and the original post URL is added to a block list so that it will not reappear on later refreshes. Because BAM-LIVE stores no video files, no file deletion is involved.

Counter-Notice

If you believe a listing was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the listing, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts whose posts are repeatedly the subject of valid notices are excluded from BAM-LIVE listings entirely.
