18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

BAM-LIVE (bam-live.com) is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any sexually explicit content. BAM-LIVE does not create, host, store, copy or distribute any video. The site lists metadata about videos that third parties have publicly posted on X (Twitter), Bluesky, Instagram and TikTok, and any playback is streamed directly from those platforms to the visitor.

The operators of BAM-LIVE are not the producers of the visual depictions listed and have no involvement in their creation. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, if any, are maintained by the original producers and/or the originating platforms in accordance with their own policies.

As such, BAM-LIVE is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

BAM-LIVE maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors. Any such listing is removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the originating platform and to the appropriate authorities. To report, see the Report page.
